The 68th International Cycling Race „Dookoła Mazowsza” is About to Start
The 68th edition of the prestigious international cycling race „Dookoła Mazowsza” is set to start on July 23rd in Teresin, where the first stage of this exciting event will take place.
The race is held under the honorary patronage of Adam Struzik, Marshal of the Mazovian Voivodeship.
„Dookoła Mazowsza” is one of Poland’s oldest stage races, widely regarded as the country’s second most significant cycling event after the Tour de Pologne. The race proudly promotes the Mazovia region, whose name has been prominently featured since the event’s inception, and enjoys immense popularity among cycling fans both in Poland and across Europe.
This year’s edition will feature 174 competitors from 29 teams, including 22 international teams from countries such as Australia (participating for the first time), the USA, Canada, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, and Hungary. Seven Polish teams will also participate, including Mazowsze Serce Polski, Voster ATS Team, and Mostostal Puławy.
Among the favorites is Polish cyclist Marceli Bogusławski from the ATT Investment Team, who carries significant hopes from local fans. Will he claim victory? We will soon find out!
